Refund policy

Returns
Due to the nature of the products we sell, there are no return options available. Once a software licence key is received by the customer, it is then considered in the public domain and can't be returned for any reason. In the unlikely event that there is an issue with your purchase then a return will be accepted once we have confirmed that the product is at fault.

Refunds
There may be unique circumstances where a refund can be offered for example where a product is at fault, but this would be on a case by case basis and at the decision of Extreme Hardware Limited.
