Shipping Services

We use a variety of couriers to ship orders to our customers. We ship the majority of orders through Royal Mail, but also use other couriers such as Hermes, DHL, DPD, Yodel and others. You will be able to choose from the avilable shipping methods at checkout and we will aim to use the method you have selected to ship your order. Without notice, we reserve the right to use another shipping method that is different to your choice if we have reason to do so.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch orders the same day if ordered before 4pm, Monday to Friday.

Delivery of Software Licence Keys

Certain products are not physical and are not shipped using a courier service. Software licence keys are sent to the customers email address they have registered on www.shieldmypc.com immediately after the purchase is complete.
